Market Study & Real Estate Project Feasibility

This market study and project analysis of a redevelopment project in downtown Durham was completed as part of a class project. I worked with a team of three other students to come up with a market analysis, including forecasting absorption; a government relations plan; a capital budget, including hard and soft costs; a financial analysis, including tax credits and debt financing; and a final feasibility study.
